BHI Conservancy Darting Deer
The BHI Conservancy has begun the fifth year of a five-year project to control BHI's white-tailed deer population through immunocontraception. Property owners and visitors might want to be aware that deer management specialists have begun their darting efforts. They may even be found in the early morning hours of 6am to 9am as they work to complete the project.

monthly Pot Luck Dinner being held on President's Day, Monday, February 19th in the Generator Society Hall of the Bald Head Association. In addition to the Pot Luck Dinner, there will also be a movie featured for your enjoyment.
The movie is
Saint Ralph, a feel good movie set in the 1950s about a teenage boy who sets out to win the Boston Marathan. T
he movie is 1 hour and 38 minutes.
Bring a dish/meat or dessert item to share and a beverage of your choice. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know other property owners and visitors to the island.

Village Chapel Temporarily Moves Service Start Time
In response to numerous requests, Sunday services at the Village Chapel will move to 10:00 AM for the 2018 Lenten period. This time change is temporary, and begins Sunday, February 18, 2018, and ends Palm Sunday, March 25, 2018.
The Village Chapel Board of Trustees will solicit opinions and recommendations regarding any permanent Service time changes after the trial. In the meantime, please feel free to contact Chapel Board President Elizabeth Beam (

, with any questions or concerns.
