Mindful Yoga for Everyone is a 60 minute yoga practice offering a gentle mix of Hatha yoga based styles to bring calm and peace to the body and mind. This registration signs you up for all four weeks of this class (Jan 9, 16, 23 and 30). All you need is an open mind, yoga mat, towel or blanket, and water.
