Dear Power Ranch Homeowners: 

On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are writing to inform you of the upcoming election to the Board of Directors. Currently, two Director positions will expire at the 2020 Annual Meeting. Thus, the Association is soliciting candidates to fill those positions.  

The Board is currently comprised of seven members who meet on a monthly basis to make decisions on behalf of the community and assist in formulating community goals that meet the overall objective of maintaining, protecting, preserving and enhancing the common areas and overall value of the community. These objectives are achieved by the Board setting policy, standards, processes and procedures, as well as assuring and adhering to an accurate operating and reserve budget. If you are interested in becoming a Board candidate, click here to download the Call for Candidates application. Return completed applications via email to Jennifer Campbell at jcampbell@ccmcnet.com or print the application and mail/deliver it to the Power Ranch Carriage House at 4546 E. Haven Crest Drive, Gilbert, AZ 85297. Completed applications must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2020 . Hard copies of the Call for Candidates application are also available at the Power Ranch Carriage House. These applications will be utilized to provide detailed information about each candidate so that informed decisions can be made by homeowners. A Meet the Candidates forum is scheduled for Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at the Barn from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. to provide the opportunity for one-on-one interaction with the community membership. In addition, a mailing will be sent to homeowners in good standing regarding the election of members to the Board of Directors. Homeowners can expect this mailing to arrive in late January.
On Monday, February 24, 2020, the Power Ranch Community Association will celebrate its Annual Meeting of the Members. At this meeting, the votes will be tallied, and the two new Board of Director representatives will be declared.

Should you choose not to run for the Board of Directors, we hope that you will consider volunteering for one of the many committees working to support the Board and community. A list of the current committees and the Committee Application are located on the community website at www.mypowerranch.com . Community involvement at any level is the key to the ongoing success of Power Ranch.
