Friends of Parks eNews
Greetings!

As we approach this holiday season, Cincinnati Parks Foundation reflects back on the impact we've made within YOUR Cincinnati Parks this year.

Thanks to our volunteers and donors, we have been able to accomplish so much! From planting 150 trees at Mt. Storm Park to breaking ground on a new PNC Grow Up Great playground at Inwood Park, we are humbled and grateful by your generosity.

Looking forward to next year, please join us as we focus our fundraising efforts on the following parks: Burnet Woods, Mt. Airy Forest, Laurel Park and Hyde Park Square. We're also delighted and excited to share our newest partnership with Cincinnati Children's Hospital (read the "An Exciting Partnership Ahead" section below).

May this holiday season bring you and your loved ones many sweet moments of peace, reflection and blessings.

With sincere gratitude,

Jennifer Hafner Spieser
Executive Director

Hats Off Luncheon 2020
HOL 2020 Save The Date
“Hats Off Around the World, Parks Around our City” will be the biggest and most talked about fundraiser in the city! We will celebrate the wide variety of parks and greenspaces that wrap around and through our 52 diverse neighborhoods.

Planning for the 2020 Hats Off Luncheon is well underway and the event promises to be a celebration that embraces the many cultures that make up our Queen city. Many of our Cincinnati Parks are the backyards for families as well as gathering places for all members of our community. Hats Off Around the World, Parks Around our City will celebrate our similarities and differences, and unite to support our Cincinnati Parks.

Join us and shout out about your support of Hats Off from the rooftops! To learn more about Hats Off Luncheon sponsorship opportunities, contact Jennifer Devine at 513-861-0023 or at jdevine@cincinnatiparksfoundation.org .

How to Pick the Right Poinsettia
Few things are synonymous with the holidays like Poinsettias. The fiery red plant is an extremely popular seasonal purchase, but can become quite a headache if not properly cared for. Check out these tips from Krohn Conservatory's Andrea Schepmann (who is just THE BEST).
