Future Business Leaders of America is a Career and Technical student organization whose mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs.
THMS and University High FBLA students recently showcased their skills in a regional competition.
UHS Advisor David Herring's Computer Science students took home 22 medals including 10 first place finishes in the FBLA competition.
Tucson High Advisor Mona Rutherford's students earned 8 medals.
Rutherford said:"These students didn't just show up, they practiced, wrote scripts and studied. Judges made many great comments."
