Bob Cahalan's audio-visual program celebrates Pittsburgh as a progressive and interesting city, with sections on the area's economy, rich history, natural beauty, sports (of course!), bridges, and more.

Meet the Author: Polly Shaw
Tuesday, March 27 @ 6PM
Lifelong resident of Butler County, retired teacher, history enthusiast, and longtime park volunteer, Ms. Shaw selected images from park archives, resources of two park support groups, local photographers, and her personal collection to tell the story of local Moraine State Park.

Manager's Coffee: Focus on Cranberry Library
Wednesday, April 11 @ 6:30PM
Join Township Manager, Jerry Andree and Library Director, Leslie Pallotta for a look at Cranberry Library's past, present, and exciting future.

Marketing the Presidency
Tuesday, April 3 @ 6:30PM
In partnership with the Cranberry Township Historical Society, collector of Political Americana, Steve Mihaly, will present items from his collection that demonstrate the unusual ways that presidential candidates have marketed themselves for elections. The focus will be on campaign items that were distributed in Western PA.

A World War I Footlocker
Wednesday, April 25 @ 6PM
Guests from Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum Trust, Inc. will discuss items from a WWI footlocker. Come and explore a soldier's life in the war, including the equipment they carried and the experiences they went through. This program is offered in partnership with the Cranberry Genealogy Club. Registration required.

Star Wars Meet & Greet
Saturday, April 28 between 11AM-1PM
Stop in and meet Star Wars characters and do a Star Wars themed craft. Star Wars characters will be available for photo ops from noon-1PM. The program is open to adults, teens, and children -- all are welcome! No registration necessary.

Babies and their caregivers share smiles, stories, and more at storytime for our littlest readers. Recommended for ages birth - 18 months.   

A-B-C Come Read With Me Storytime

Listen to stories, sing songs, make a craft, and have a ton of fun at this storytime! Recommended for ages 19 months through preschool aged. Please register for only 1 session, they repeat on each day/time.

Play-K
Thursday, March 15
4:30-5:30PM
Ages 4 1/2 - 6 are welcome to join us for this new program where kids can play their way to school success! Each session will feature different activities that are aligned with the PA Learning Standards and kindergarten readiness skills. This program is funded by a grant from The Office of Commonwealth Libraries. Online registration is required.

Teddy Bear & Friends Picnic

Bring your favorite stuffed friend to our Teddy Bear Picnic. Enjoy games, crafts, and fun presented by our Cranberry Library Teen Advisory Board. No registration required.

Superhero Party
W ednesday, April 11 from 4-5PM
The library needs saving! Come dressed as a superhero and fight off the villains at our annual Superhero Program hosted by the library's Teen Advisory Board. No  registration required.

Star Wars Meet & Greet
Saturday, April 28 from 11AM-1PM
Stop in to meet some Star Wars characters and do a Star Wars themed craft. Star Wars characters will be available from noon-1PM for photo ops. All are welcome -- children, teens, & adults! No registration.

1st - 3rd Grade Book Club
Wednesdays, April 4, 11, 18, & 25 from 6:30-7PM
We'll read together each week, then do activities or crafts related to the book for the month. The books will be provided at each club meeting.
Online registration required, minimum of 5 participants required.

Homeschool Crafternoon
Thursdays, March 8 & April 12 from 1-2 PM
For children ages 6-11. Stop by to make a craft at the tables in the Children's Department. Leave when you've finished the craft or stay and hang out with other homeschoolers. This is a drop in program, no registration is required.

LEGO Club
Tuesdays, March 20 & April 17 from 4-5PM
Join Ms. Janae in the Children's Department on the third Tuesday of each month to work on the challenge of the month or just to free build with other LEGO enthusiasts. This is a drop in program, no registration is required.

Drop-In STEAM Lab
Thursdays, March 22 & April 26 from 4-5PM
Create, learn, and explore during this drop in program with a focus on science, technology, engineering, arts, and/or math -- STEAM! All ages welcome. 


Tail Waggin' Tutors
Thursdays, March 1 & April 5  from 5:30-6:30PM
For elementary aged children. Practice reading with one of our dog tutors. Online registration is required for a 20 minute reading session.

4th - 6th Grade DIY Club
Thursdays, March 1 & April 5 from 4-5PM
Stop by the Young Adult section to create, make, invent, experiment, or build with Ms. Janae. This is a drop in program. No registration required.

Teen DIY Club
Thursdays, March 8 & April 12 from 4-5PM
A different Do-It-Yourself project will be featured each session. Stop by the Young Adult section and see what we're makin' this month! No registration is required.

Teen Advisory Board (TAB)
Mondays, March 5 & 19 and April 2 & 16 from 4-5PM
For 6th-12th graders. Be an important part of your community by helping to plan and run library events for kids and teens! TAB members also give Ms. Janae their input for new purchases for the library. Teens receive volunteer hours for all TAB events. No registration required.

Fandom Club
Thursdays, March 15 & April 19 from 6-7PM
Get in touch with your geeky side. Are you a fan of books, TV shows, video games? Come and share with other teens at Fandom Club. No registration required.

4th-6th Grade Book Club
