Padre Dam's Proposed Rates Explained

Notice of Public Hearing On Rates
Padre Dam's Board of Directors will be holding a public hearing this Wednesday, June 21 at 6pm in the Boardroom of our Customer Service Center, located at 9300 Fanita Parkway, in Santee, to consider the adoption of water and sewer rates and service charges. The proposed rates and charges would be implemented between 2017 and 2022. For more information on the proposed rates, watch the video above or visit www.padredam.org .

Warning: Phone Scam
Water customers have recently reported being solicited by scammers calling and asking for updated credit card information for water bill payments. Padre Dam staff will never call and demand credit card information or payment over the phone. In these recent cases, it appears that Padre Dam phone numbers have been spoofed to appear as a call from Padre Dam when in fact it is not.  In the field, Padre Dam staff will always carry an identification badge and drive a Padre Dam vehicle. If you ever want to confirm identity of an employee in the field or on the phone, please contact Padre Dam directly at 619-258-4600.
