Expanded Drinks at Kaka'ako

 

We've upped the choices of our well drinks and spirits at Kaka'ako, and brought in some local neighborhood beers from Honolulu Beerworks.

 

And, it's voting season again. The Hale `Aina ballot for 2018 is out, and this year we have been nominated in two categories. Read about it below:

Another year, another Hale 'Aina

It's Honolulu Magazine's Hale 'Aina 2018 awards again and we've been nominated not only for Best Hawaiian Food Restaurant, but also a new category of Best Restaurant that Caters. Please be sure to vote for all of your favorite restaurants, and please choose us in the following two categories:

Hokule`a Celebrations

Last Saturday night (17th) the crew of Hokule`a, along with a huge entourage, plenty of musicians, and many guests descended on the Salt Block. Thre were bands playing. movies showing and the Hokule`a crew enjoying our `ono catering.

Hawaiian Music Live, like a Hawaiian Music Pandora

Hawaiian Music Live is a new Free Internet Streaming service based here in Hawaii that streams to the world. We have partnered with them this month to support local Hawaiian Music. We hope that we'll cooperate with them during our Friday evening music nights. Check them out below.

Next time you are dining with us at Kaka'ako, start off the night with one of our specially crafted new cocktails. 

Choose from our unique versions of:
  • M-town Mule
  • Mai Tai
  • Margarita
in addition to our Green Highway, POG Mimosa and new Bloody Mary. We've also added some local vodka from Kauai and whiskey from Maui.

We also introduced a Honolulu Beerworks Cocoweizen and we're starting our beer of the month with a Point Panic IPA. We have also swapped out our Merlot for Pinot, for the wine connoisseurs

Positions also available in front and back of house. OK to work 2-3 shifts per week of 4-6 hours if that suits.
