"Pleasures & Perils of the Elegant Elder"

with YeYe Luisah Teish

Join us Wednesday, June 13, for a creative and interactive webinar with YeYe Luisah Teish, a Sage-ing International 2018 Global Conference keynote presenterin October.

How do we as wise elders present ourselves in attitude and attire, both holding ourselves in respect and also drawing forth the respect of others?  YeYe takes us on a journey into the African, African-Brazilian, and African-American traditions, where the "Elegant Elder" is indeed a force to be reckoned with.

She is an initiated Elder of the Ifa/Orisha tradition of the West African Diaspora.  She is a storyteller, dancer, choreographer, author, and artist/social activist whose popular books include:  Jambalaya: The Natural Woman's Book of Personal Charms and Practical Rituals.

This is the second in our spring-summer webinar series, "EldersTransforming the World," leading up to the Conference, featuring our keynote speakers.  Enjoy a taste of the energy and inspiration that we will enjoy at Conference.
