CORE Bench-marking Performance Measurement Survey
As we prepare to roll out SCORE Engage, we want to make sure we are meeting your needs with SCORE Engage as a Product. To do this, we need to benchmark customer satisfaction with CORE overall as well as for CORE's support of key business processes. This data will allow us, once users are on SCORE Engage, to evaluate and compare the two systems as a set of integrated tools supporting business processes.

The 2019 Client Engagement Survey with PwC has been distributed to clients.
Please encourage the clients in your chapter (that received service in FY2019) to provide their feedback.
For volunteers mistakenly included in the distribution list, apologies for any confusion or inconvenience. Please do not complete the survey, and instead, unsubscribe from the distribution list to prevent receiving follow up emails from PwC.

Chapter Social Media Program: Facebook Update
Great news! It appears all
un-published chapter Facebook pages have been restored, including the 11 pages that were deleted.
We are hypothesizing that chapter pages may have been unpublished/deleted for having a fake profile as a page admin. These fake profiles violate Facebook's community standards. As a best practice, we recommend chapters access their business page through personal profiles. If your chapter does not already have a designated Facebook admin, please reach out to [email protected] with the name of who you would like to have access and their Facebook profile link.
Thank you all for your patience as you have waited for your pages to be restored. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to investigate the situation.

Friday, November 29th. You should have received an email from your RVP listing what is needed in the application, also listed below.

RVPs make decisions on grant winners and directly inform all applicants in their region of decisions.
June 30th - Grant winners must use funds (or provide plans to use before September 30th)

RVP's visit Herndon HQ - November 6th and 7th
The Field Vice Presidents held their Fall meeting in the SCORE headquarters in Herndon, VA. The meeting focused on communication and planning for this year. Holding the meeting at headquarters made it possible for the staff to work directly with our field leaders, to share plans, and to gather feedback. This sharing of information ensures that we are able to align the needs of our volunteers and clients.
Field Leadership Webinars
The next Field Leadership webinars will take place on December 9th at Noon ET and December 10th at 9 AM ET. Beginning in January 2020, the same link will be used for all Field Leadership Webinars.

Form 16 Submission
Chapters should be conducting their reviews for FY19 performance. The Form 16 and SOSR Engagement Report (for use in completing reviews) can be found on the Volunteer Center.

Does your chapter have materials, presentations or workshops translated into Spanish? If so, please forward a copy to
Volunteer Services. We have a National Hispanic Committee working to provide materials for all chapters to use.
