On Thursday, June 6th, Jonna Contacos-Sawyer, SPHR, CCP, CMC, SHRM-SCP
SM, HR Consultants, Inc,
will define succession planning, discuss the need for the program and discuss how it links to the strategic plan. Attendees will review the difference between a management replacement chart and an individual development plan, gain senior leadership commitment for an annual audit of the program, and implement a continuous improvement model for the systematic succession plan.
This Lunch & Learn will be held at the JARI Center (160 JARI Drive) on Tuesday, June 6 from 12 to 1:15 PM. The cost to register is $5 per person and lunch will be provided.
