ALG Premium Vinyl is the material of choice for many of our OEM customers, as ALG produces thousands of decals daily using this material for the trailer, agriculture and waste equipment industries.
With features that center around outdoor durability and performance across many different extreme conditions, ALG Premium Vinyl
TM delivers:
- Outdoor durability of 5+ years
- Ability to permanently adhere to less receptive surfaces
- Application in cold temperatures
- Good initial tack upon application, with strong ultimate bond
- Good conformability, allowing the material to "fit" the shape of the surface

ALG Performance Vinyl
TM
Although new to the game, ALG Performance Vinyl
TM delivers quite a punch. It has many of the same qualities as our ALG Premium Vinyl
TM, yet at a significant lower cost.
After extensive weather and exposure testing, ALG Performance Vinyl
TM is a cost effective material you should consider for your next outdoor durable decal.
Some of the features you can expect:
- Outdoor durability for 5+ years
- Has conformability properties that allows the material to "fit" rounded or curved surfaces
- Adhesive delivers a good bond across many different surfaces
- Application temperature is 50+F
- Adhesive performs across a wide range of temperatures of -40F to 176F
- 3.25 mil
ALG Performance Vinyl
TM is a great option for use in general product labeling and can be printed across screen, flexo and digital printing processes. Upmost, this material provides good performance at a great value.

How this finishing process can make your product look great!
Thermal die cutting is a process that works best on vinyl, as it involves using controlled heat that displaces tiny sections of the vinyl material as it touches the die.
This process delivers a precision cut to the material, allowing for the use of intricate shapes, patterns and designs. The liner remains in place, allowing for easy application of the final product.
This process is used frequently in manufacturing brand, model or logo decals on vinyl material where all unused material is eliminated and the final product has a custom cut and look.
