Lia Treloar's
Bat Mitzvah Service
... Saturday, 9:00 am

Lia is 13 years old and is excited about her
Bat Mitzvah. She loves to read, particularly fantasy books, and has her own mini library. Lia also plays soccer and enjoys skiing, so naturally she loves the mountains of Utah. Her favorite candy is Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, which is the theme
for her
Bat Mitzvah. She is looking forward to celebrating with family from all over the country and her cousins from Germany.
For Lia's
Bat Mitzvah project, she is working with Gigi’s Playhouse. There, she works and plays with children with Down Syndrome.

We're getting close, and with 100% participation, we will meet our goal!
As the synagogue continues to grow, we are expanding our programming with more adult education classes, social experiences, community holiday celebrations, and reinvigorating our Kol Ami Jewish Youth (KAJY) program. Kol Ami strives to offer a secure Jewish home where we and our children can come to learn, grow, pray, and celebrate.
All these exciting programs and activities, security upgrades, and building maintenance and improvement costs money. By generously giving to the 5780 / 2019 High Holiday Appeal, YOU can help us reach our full potential. Remember that Kol Ami is YOUR Jewish home where every person counts and everyone is welcome.
Congregation Kol Ami is a congregation for all our people. We are a vibrant, inclusive, participatory, egalitarian community that values the rich traditions of our heritage. By donating to the High Holiday Appeal, you will receive far more than you give.
Thanks to those who have already donated!
|
|
Donations may be paid in lump sum or we can set up a monthly credit card payment schedule. Donations made by Tuesday, December 31st will be counted towards this year's High Holiday Appeal.

PLEASE RETURN YOUR LANYARDS
|
|
There is a basket by the office to drop off your High Holiday lanyards.
|
|
We'll start the evening at 5:30 pm with a social hour called Shabbatinis. Our evening features both soft and hard drinks, as well as some light refreshments. Our
Shir Shabbat service follows at 6:30 pm which focuses on joyous singing.
After the service we invite you to stay for a catered,
Shabbat dinner
($18 per adult / $12 per child, advanced reservations are needed).
