Give now

We surpassed our goal of $5,000 in Giving Tuesday Facebook donations, but we are still trying to reach our $5,000 goal of additional direct donations before the end of the year. We are currently at $3,225 and t here's still time to make your end of year charitable deduction to help us meet this goal!

In 2020 we will use these unrestricted dollars to award more scholarships to conference and to enhance our advocacy efforts to include the voice of nurses in the plan to End the HIV Epidemic in the US. Thanks for your support!

Scientific/clinical member nominations open for HHS Panel on antiretroviral guidelines for adults and adolescents
The Panel meets to review and critically evaluate emerging scientific data relating to antiretroviral therapy and to revise the guidelines. ANAC members have been nominated to the panel and served in the past. This is an excellent opportunity for prescribing nurse practitioners.  Nominations are due January 10.
Policy

In the federal plan Ending the HIV Epidemic (ETHE), efforts to prevent new HIV transmissions in the United States must be accompanied by advances in addressing HIV-associated comorbidities to improve the health of people already living with HIV. National Institutes of Health experts assert this in a recent release: Efforts to End the HIV Epidemic Must Not Ignore People Already Living With HIV.
