At its regular meeting scheduled for 4:00 p.m. today, Toledo City Council is expected to vote on Ordinance 16-18 which would make changes to regulations regarding temporary signage. Council is also likely to vote on Ordinance 17-18 which would approve a special use permit for Glass City Alternatives, LLC's plan to establish a medical marijuana dispensary at a vacant building located at 3203 and 3209 West Sylvania Avenue.
