Choir News
Dear Parents and Students,
Please make note of the rehearsal and show times listed below. All students are expected to be in attendance for the entire rehearsal and show times as part of their grade. Please avoid scheduling appointments during this critical time. Students who are absent during this week are likely to forfeit solo opportunities as well as their placement on stage. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
Spring Show Rehearsal Schedule
Monday, May 21 - Dress rehearsal after school in costume, 3:15 - 6:30 pm
Tuesday, May 22 - Dress rehearsal after school in costume, 3:15 - 6:30 pm
Wednesday, May 23 Spring Show at 7:00 pm, Call time no later than 6:00 pm
Thursday, May 24 - Spring Show at 7:00 pm, Call time no later than 6:00 pm
Tickets -
All money for Spring Show tickets as well as any unused tickets should be turned in by Monday, May 21!
Lettering -
Any student who already turned in a letter point tally sheet for this year must meet with Doc by Friday, May 25 to go over your points for the year. Please bring all extra material including programs or ticket stubs from concerts attended, as well as letters from voice and piano teachers, etc. You may set up a time before school, after school, Saxon Time, or during lunches.
Madrigal Performance -
Madrigals will perform the National Anthem at the Academic Awards Ceremony to be held on Monday, June 4 at 4:00 pm in the auditorium. Call time is 3:45 in the choir room and the dress is shirt, tie, and pants for guys, nice dress or dress pants and blouse for girls.

Choral Guild News
Help needed - Monday 10:45 to 1:25 come to the auditorium and help put lights up on the risers before dress rehearsal. Training provided, just need hands!
Spring Show SignUp - for baked goods, etc.
