Grateful list
Blessed and Grateful
What are you grateful for today? Sit down, take 5 minutes, grab a notepad...just make a gratitude list. What are you grateful for? Write down all the things you're grateful for, the people you're grateful for, the opportunities and experiences you're grateful for.

I'm grateful for a lot of things, but you know what? I forget about that sometimes. I lose sight of that. I could get focused in on the smallest thing, the darkest thing, and when I lose that sense of gratitude, things go south pretty quickly.

What are you grateful for today? Take 5 minutes, 10 minutes...sit down with a blank pad and make a gratitude list. It's amazing how it changes the way we think about life, changes the way we feel about life, changes the way we think about ourselves, and refocuses us on what God wants us focused on.

Stewardship Spotlight
Be a Catechist!
Do you sometimes feel that God is calling you to get more involved? Do you have a desire to share your faith with the next generation of Catholics? If you answered yes to either of the above, then you might just be who we are looking for! People will say "but I am not a teacher!" Did you know that the word Catechist means "to echo?" Our catechists echo the "Word of God" to our young disciples. Did you know that most potential catechists do not have a degree in Education, Religion or Theology? Don't think you could teach? We could also use classroom assistants. If you think it is your time to get more involved, please come and work with us! For more information, contact our parish's Director of Children's Religious Education Suzanne Zimmermann at 706-561-8678 or email at szimmermann@stanneweb.com.
