A Message from the Director
Dr. Gabriel Morley
We are very excited to share information about three new libraries re-opening after renovation in the coming weeks! Read more in this week's edition of @FulcoLibrary News about re-opening events at Adams Park Library, College Park Library and the Roswell Library! We invite friends and patrons of each of these branches to come out and celebrate with us during these special programs. We will have great activities for kids, tours for the adults and activities throughout the day to welcome you back to your favorite branches.

Please take a moment to share this newsletter with a friend or family member and encourage them to stop by a branch today to get a library card ... the most important card in your wallet.
All Libraries will be closed Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th for the Christmas holiday.

Featured Library Renovation: East Point Library
The East Point Library re-opened to the public Tuesday, May 28, 2019 to the public after a remarkable renovation project! The new look was unveiled to a crowd of neighborhood supporters, local and county officials and included a full day of activities for patrons of all ages! Check out the beautiful new building in the images below or stop by and see for yourself. You will love the new open layout, new finishes, study rooms and more.
The renovated library includes self check-out machines, lowered shelving, for better visibility across the branch and more book display areas.
Open layouts and more natural light make the branch easier to navigate while providing better security for branch staff with increased visibility across the main floor.
New artwork throughout the branch was purchased from artists through a partnership with the Fulton County Department of Arts and Culture.
Small reading nooks like these allow patrons to enjoy some natural light while reading, studying, checking email or just relaxing.
