Know someone who wants to attend   NUSD?
Do you know a family member, friend, or acquaintance who wants to attend an NUSD school next year?

Enrollment is now open for any NUSD school for the 2020-21 school year. Parents and guardians can enroll their students online. Requests to transfer from one NUSD school to another next year also are being accepted. Charter schools within NUSD boundaries oversee their own enrollment.

New for the 2020-2021 school year: Existing families who wish to enroll a new student to an existing household now have the option to use online registration through the  Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This saves time because the family's information will already be pre-populated. They just need to verify their information is current, upload a current proof of residence, add the new student's information, and submit the application.

For details on how to enroll, visit the NUSD Enrollment web page.

It's official! NUSD returns to Golden 1 Center for 2020 Graduation ceremonies
Please save Monday, May 18, 2020, as the graduation date for Natomas High School, Inderkum High School, and Leroy Greene Academy. You may recall that prior to last year, all NUSD graduation ceremonies were held at the respective schools or alternative venues to accommodate enough seating such as the Crest Theater for Leroy Greene Academy. Last year, the weather was extremely unpredictable, so after careful thought, we made a decision to change the location of Natomas and Inderkum high school's ceremonies to the Golden 1 Center. After receiving positive feedback from our families, we are pleased to announce that we will return to the Golden 1 Center for the 2020 graduation ceremonies for Leroy Greene Academy, Inderkum, and Natomas high schools.

NUSD Releases District Progress Report Fall 2019
Keeping our community informed on how we're doing with our vision of " graduating all students as college and career ready, productive, responsible, and engaged global citizens," is a priority. That's why twice a year, we publish our District Progress Report (DPR) to give you a snapshot of our daily work in supporting students to be successful.

We are pleased to share the fifth edition of the District Progress Report (Fall 2019). It's tied directly to the goals and actions outlined in The Next 5, our strategic plan that was created in 2017. It's our way of monitoring performance and progress over a 3-year span of multiple student groups, including an intentional focus on student groups that may have lower success rates than others as part of our commitment to eliminate disparity and disproportionality. We've made some gains, and there are opportunities for improvement. This is not a final grade but always work in progress.

Hard copies in English and Spanish are available at schools and the Education Center, 1901 Arena Blvd.
