AADC Mabel's Alumnae Mentoring Program
April 2017 Newsletter
"Being part of the AADC Mabel's Alumnae Mentoring Program let both me and my mentor build on our shared experiences and our growth as graduates of alma mater"
- Anonymous
As the AADC Mabel's Alumnae Mentoring Program moves into its second year, that means another exciting opportunity for alumnae to sign up as Mentors and Mentees. We encourage everyone to please reapply for the 2017-2018 program, and forge a connection with another sister alumna as a Mentor or Mentee.

Applications for Mentors and Mentees to participate in the 2017-2018 AADC Mabel's Alumnae Mentoring Program are available now, and will be open through June 30, 2017.

April Participant Spotlight
Mentee Dianna Shypailo '15
Dianna Shypailo '15, left , was unsure about her next career move. When she learned about the AADC Mabel's Alumnae Mentoring Program, Dianna knew that a sister alumna would have the work and professional development experience to guide her through a career transition. Click the link below to learn more about the impact the program has had on Dianna.
Volunteers Needed
The AADC Mabel's Alumnae Mentoring Program Task Team is seeking volunteers, both mentors and mentees alike. We are especially interested in alumnae who would like to work with social media, newsletters, mentor/mentee outreach, and programming. Read more about what is expected of Task Team members.

If you are interested, please contact our Associate Director of Alumnae Relations Valerie Zieniuk '05.
Mentoring Resources
As the program year winds down, take a moment to reflect upon how mentoring has benefited both people in the pairing: the Mentor and the Mentee.
