New Year, Big Project for SENSR

SENSR Helps Monitor Goethals Bridge Replacement

This year is shaping up to be SENSR's most exciting year yet, beginning with a unique project on the Goethals Bridge, which links New York and New Jersey.

Construction began in May 2014 to replace the existing nearly 90-year-old Goethals Bridge. Its replacement will be a cable stay bridge with three lanes in each direction.

A 220+ channel structural health monitoring system has been developed for this project, and SENSR is one of the monitoring suppliers whose data will be integrated. We are excited to be part of this project, as more than $33 billion of regional goods pass over this vital bridge each year.

Walt Bleser, SENSR president, shares more details about the project in his latest LinkedIn Pulse article.
