Reminder No School 11/5!

Since we will not be in school on 11/5 there will be no lunch offered on this day.  Please ignore the menu which lists a lunch on 11/5!
Food drive box is in the main lobby!  Please consider   donating non-perishable items!

AM Drop off Parking Lot
Please remember that children are walking in the lot.  It is not appropriate to speed into and out of the parking lot.  For safe drop off, please drive slowly and carefully at all times while on the property.  Please observe the marked areas for parking.  Creating your own spot and parking in the fire lane in the AM causes congestion and frustration for others.
Let's hope it stops raining so trick or treating isn't sloppy and wet!  Here are some safety reminders if you do go out!  I will share a cautionary tale of a little girl who dressed up in a big box as a playing card and tripped three houses into trick or treating.  I really didn't enjoy that Halloween with an ice pack on my head and no candy!  ;)

Halloween Parade and Parties

All are welcome into the gym for the parade but if you intend on entering the building for the classroom parties you MUST have a wristband.  Wristbands will be given to those who have completed the expectation and non-guilty forms.

NON-GUILTY FORM                                Expectations Form
Please remember to SEND costumes to school. Having a multitude of adults arriving right before the parade with costumes will cause undue chaos in the building. Have costumes labeled and leave small pieces at home including weapons.  Costumes must be easy to put on with a little help from an adult. Please do not have children come in scary, violent or gory costumes. Remember we have children who have just turned 3 here!  We want this to be a fun experience for all. Be sure that the costume is easy to walk in since students will be parading. If you have a spare costume you wish to donate or loan for the day, please let your child's teacher know.  Sometimes a child comes with no costume and it would be wonderful to have a spare here and there!
