95th Anniversary Celebration

You're invited to join us as we celebrate our 95th Anniversary! We will have a celebration lunch following worship that morning.
The menu will include turkey, dressing & gravy, green beans, sweet potato casserole, cranberry relish, rolls, dessert, tea & coffee.
Cost: Adults $8, Children $4, Family Max $25
Everyone is welcome!
Because this is a catered meal, reservations are critical. RSVP with the church office or below.

It's Time For A New Church Directory!
We’re updating our church directory and want to make sure we have your most up-to-date information. Please provide your information, either electronically at the link below or on one of the inserts in each Order of Worship on Sunday.

Join us for
Wednesday nights at ARBC
. Dinner begins at 5:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall followed by a time of discussion and study for adults at 6:15 pm. For the next month we will focus on
a book called
Why?: Making Sense of God's Will
by Adam Hamilton.
Schedule for children: 6:00-6:20 pm: children's choir, 6:20-7:00 pm: bible study, 7:00-7:15 pm: recreation.
Menu:
Adults
: meat or veggie lasagna, caesar salad, bread stick, cheesecake

: pasta with marinara sauce, veggies & dip, fruit and cookie

We are partnering with the ARBC Weekday Preschool to
collect canned food to donate to the Samaritan House. Please bring "Thanksgiving sides", or any canned food, to the church office by November 20.
We will take all donations with us to the Samaritan House for ARBC On Mission (November 20).

We're excited to host a Triple P Parent Workshop on Tuesday, November 19 from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm here at ARBC. This is our third session and will focus on “The Power of Positive Parenting”. The workshop is free and childcare will be provided. Dinner from Chick-fil-A is available for purchase.
The max capacity for this session will be 45 people and is open to church members, preschool parents, after school parents, teachers, and others in our community.

This year we will be joining with Augusta Heights for an ADVENTure lunch on Sunday, December 1, from 12:00-2:00 pm
.
There will be several stations where you will receive resources for Advent to use with your family. We will be making real advent wreaths, crafts, and other fun items.
This is a free event for families of all ages, but please register with Bridget by November 15 so that we can prepare enough resources!

We are partnering with St. Matthew UMC to host United Ministries Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) families the week of December 1-8.
IHN allows families with children to stay together as they confront the daunting challenges of tackling homelessness. Sign up as an individual, family, or group by going to the link below. We need dinner hosts, evening hosts, overnight host, and a moving crew.
