A Different Approach to the Kitchen Work Triangle

For years the kitchen work triangle has been the prevailing theory in good kitchen design.  The primary tasks in a home kitchen are carried out between the cook top, sink and the refrigerator. These three points and the imaginary lines between them, make up what kitchen experts call the work triangle.  While the work triangle has been a tried and true concept for years, a new concept has been introduced. 

The Galley Workstation is a linear approach to function and may be a good solution for you and your kitchen. The workstation uses the sink as a hub for production and efficiency in your kitchen. This central location is where you serv e, entertain, and clean up all in one convenient place.
