Training Information
This program is designed to provide an overview of the intersecting legal and ethical issues affecting older adults who own their homes.  Attendees will be engaged in discussing trending topics related to financial abuse, such as the capacity to enter into mortgages, deed theft, and the role of Adult Protective Services.
   
Earn 2 CLE credits.

This course is FREE to those who commit to volunteer with the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project.  Experienced attorneys receive additional CLE credit for every 2 hours of eligible pro bono service.  The cost is $150 for attorneys who do not wish to take a pro bono referral.
