Worship With Us
We are so excited! It’s World Communion Sunday! Join us for worship this Sunday at 9:55am for our annual shared service with Marthoma from across the street in our Historic Sanctuary and across the globe in Kerala, India. Our scriptures will be Psalm 23 (read in Malayalam) and 2 Timothy 1:1-7, 11 about our legacy of faith. Our sermon is entitled Ancestors and Apostles.

Our choirs will sing together. We will celebrate the sacrament of communion at our open table – of course! Emma, our student pastor, will tell us a bit about her connections and trips to India. Please be sure to greet our Marthoma family warmly.

Inspiration
Bless us in a tight hug
and in the tears that we cry without shame.
Bless us at the table to which you invite us,
that celebration of solidarity with a place
for each son, for each daughter
that was once away from your house.

JHLTB10 was a great success! On Sunday, September 29, PUCC sent 60+ members and friends into the community for a day of service to others. Cookies were lovingly baked and delivered to first responders, landscaping and maintenance was improved at Caroline Mission, donations were sorted at Baitulmal’s House of Goods and the Center for Women in Transition, habitats were cleaned at the World Bird Sanctuary, a group took a field trip and learned about food deserts and what actions they can take to help address this issue, and many members and friends received home visits and were gifted small pots of fall mums and pumpkins. Thank you so very much for supporting this important event! We look forward to JHLTB11 on Monday, January 20 in commemoration of MLK, Jr.
