Apple Days Harvest Festival This Week
Sept. 22 & 23, 10am-5pm
 
Celebrate everything fun about fall. Come to Terhune Orchards for a day of family fun on the farm! There is fun for the whole family.
   
Enjoy pony rides, wagon rides, visit the Corn Stalk Maze, Hay Bale Maze, children's pedal tractors, play tractors, pumpkin painting and our barnyard of farm animals and children activities.

Be sure to take a walk through our special Adventure Story Barn "All About Corn" This life-size story book is su re to capture the imagination of young and old as you walk through. Brought to life by our very own Elaine Madigan, this is a one of a kind experience. 

Take our tractor drawn wagon on a ride around the farm and stop in the patch. Free pumpkin painting is available at the festival with the purchase of the pumpkin. Children will love to paint our child-size pumpkins with their creative  designs  
  
Don't worry about lunch, there's lots of food available in Pam's Food Tent - soup, chili, hot dogs, pork sandwiches, homemade fruit and pasta salads, pies, apple cider donuts, apple cider, and more! Don't miss the special treat of caramel apples! Adults can stop in our Terhune Orchards Vineyard and Winery and enjoy a tasting or glass of our award winning wines made from grapes grown right here at Terhune Orchards as well as three varieties of fruit wines. 
Terhune Orchards features live music played by some of our best local talent, (between noon and 4pm). On Saturday, Sept. 22 enjoy, Swingin' Dixie and on Sunday,  Sept 23 listen to the tunes of Jimmie Lee Ramblers.

Admission includes hay bale maze, corn maze, wagon rides, barnyard, Adventure Barn, Discovery Barn, children games, pedal and play tractors, pumpkin painting, music. (additional activities available at additional cost)
 
The Farm Store, pumpkin and mum display and our winery and tasting room are open without admission. Free parking is at the farm. No admission to Pick-Your-Own orchard on 13 Van Kirk Road 

Pick Your Own  Apples

Fall is here and the apples are in season!  Our friendly staff is there to greet you and explain how to pick and the different varieties. It is a great apple season this year so come out and pick your fill. 

Picking is at 13 Van Kirk Road Orchard around the corner from our main farm. There is no admission and free parking.
Now picking Crimson Crisp, Macoun, Jonathan,Empire and McIntosh 
Apples perfect for everything, eating, desserts, sauce and lunchboxes. 

All our apples are grown on dwarf trees so easy for everyone to reach. 
Picking is 9-5pm -7 days a week. Call farm store 609-924-2310 for updates.
Terhune Orchards Vineyard & Winery
  
Fall is harvest time in the vineyard. Stop in the tasting room to sample the award winning wines made from grapes grown right here at Terhune Orchards. Enjoy a tasting or glass in our historic 150 year old barn and outdoor seating. 
 
Hours: Friday- Sunday noon-6pm
 
Trenton Farmers Market  - On Saturdays, our stand at the Trenton Farmers market is sampling and selling our own wine! 
Read & Pick Tractors
Sept. 25 - 9:30 & 11am sessions
 
Read & Pick is an innovative program that combines hands on farm activity with your young child and listening to a story highlighting that area of the farm. This week is about owner Gary Mounts favorite thing, Tractors. We will be reading books about tractors and how they help farmers. Then everyone will make a tractor craft. Afterwards visit with all the Terhune tractors and take a tractor drawn wagon ride. The cost is $8.00 per child and includes the activity. Pre-registration is requested Register HERE
