Private Pilates
sessions are ultimately the best way to get started and also the best way to fully benefit from your Pilates or Yoga practice's. During your Private Pilates sessions, one of our highly qualified instructors will provide one on one instruction, with exercises in our fully equipped studio that are programmed specific to your needs, interests and goals.
Pilates builds a strong core, helping the deep abdominal muscles along with the muscles closets to the spine, increasing strength and flexibility, making you more agile, simultaneously preventing injury, correcting posture, stability & alignment, and increase sports performance. It also emphasizes complete concentration on smooth, flowing movement, and proper breathing. You'll become acutely aware of how your body feels, where it is in space, and how best to control its movement.
