Did you know that just 1% of college applicants have enjoyed a high school study abroad experience? If you want to personally increase that number and enjoy a life-changing experience, CIEE is just right for you! This is Energy's third school year working with CIEE and we have had 7 students travel to China, Morocco, and Peru! With over 70 different programs, CIEE is an excellent way to learn another language or participate in global community service. They also offer substantial scholarships for students giving priority to freshmen, so click here to apply today! Nathalie Mishra, the CIEE southwest representative, will visit our campus Tuesday, September 18th during lunch in A124. If you are unable to make the meeting stop by Ms. Andrews office (A219) for more information.

Juniors, it's not too early to start making summer plans! Each year IPAA/ PESA invites students to shadow and work at a top oil and gas company in Houston. To learn more about the application process and all the benefits of the externship, come out to the Parent Informational Session on October 2nd at 6:30 in the TED Talks space.
