Invest in YOUR Future |
|
As of January 1, 2014, you have control of what you contribute to your chapter.
Each member has the option to provide direct financial support to their chapter, at any time, in any amount. The automatic, set chapter fee is no longer a requirement of national AMTA membership.
YOU now have the opportunity to invest in and support your New Jersey Chapter at a level that is appropriate for you. Please consider a donation today if you have not yet made one so that we can continue to provide you with the best possible benefits.

A Message from AMTA-NJ Board President - Earline Fair-Edwards
SEASONS GREETINGS
Seasons Greeting to all of my fellow massage therapists and our advertisers! This year has been an extraordinary year.
As a chapter, we embrace and meet any and all challenges that come our way. Our chapter and its members continue to grow and evolve. Together, we overcome adversity with grace.
In 2018, we welcome new beginnings and new challenges. One of these challenges will include the increase in licensure fees. Please plan accordingly for this increase.
Ethics and CPR certifications will be expiring and certification renewal is mandatory for 2018. Information on Ethics and CPR classes will be forthcoming.
In the new year, our education team will be contracting with James Walaski to offer a new course. James is introducing this course to New Jersey massage therapists and other professionals for the very first time. We are honored to offer this course to you.
The AMTA National Convention will be hosted in Washington DC in 2018. I am looking for 100 New Jersey massage therapists to join us in Washington this summer. The convention is located roughly three hours away and for most of you, we can carpool to attend. Share any thoughts or ideas you may have regarding carpooling to convention via email at president.amtanj@gmail.com.

The dates for this upcoming class, which will coincide with our State Annual Meeting, is April 21-22, 2018. Please plan accordingly. You will not want to miss out on this educational event. It will sell out fast.
