2018 NEW ENGLAND PUBLIC WORKS EXPO
The 2018 NEW ENGLAND PUBLIC WORKS EXPO will be held on September 19th and 20th at the Boxboro Regency (formerly Holiday Inn) in Boxborough, MA.

The Expo is a sellout with more than 190 vendor booths and an expected 2,000 attendees who will come to the Expo to see the latest heavy equipment, municipal services and more.

EXPO SET UP TIMES
Outdoor booths are located outside the facility at the convention center. indoor booth are inside the facility.  
  • All outdoor equipment must be set-up on Tuesday, Sept.18th from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Indoor booths may set up on Tuesday, Sept. 19th from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. or by 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20th.
  • All indoor booths will receive pipe and drapes, a table and two chairs. If you require additional amenities for your booth, please contact Capital Convention Contractors at 877-335-3700 asap.
  • If your booth requires electricity, and you have not booked it WITH THE HOTEL, please call the hotel asap at 978-263-8701.

  • On Wednesday, at check-in you will receive your vendor badge and a lunch ticket. You must also come back to registration on Thursday for another lunch ticket.
 




EXPO HIGHLIGHTS
 
  • Educational Seminars and on-site demos will take place both days of the Expo. Click  here to see list.
  • Our keynote speaker for the 2018 NE Public Works Expo will be motivational speaker Rocky Blunt. The session will be held on Wednesday from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
  • MHA will sponsor a Vendor Appreciation reception on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m  We will be coming around to your booth with the invitation. 
  • Vendors must keep their booth set up until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As an incentive, vendors will be eligible for and entered into a special prize drawing (three total) for those who are still in their booths at 1:45 p.m.. Representatives from MHA will draw three vendor names and will award the prizes at that time.
