Tracking Hurricanes
The 6th grade students are incorporating real-world scenarios while learning about the impacts of hurricanes and emergency preparedness.  They are tracking hurricanes and creating meteorological hurricane forecasts.  With the assistance of Ms. Amy MacDonald and the technology lab, they are practicing 21st century skills through filming in front of a green screen and editing their own videos.  Our budding meteorologists are completely engaged and are having fun while learning.
