WA State PTSA Annual Legislative Assembly

You are invited to attend and represent Redmond Middle School PTSA at the State PTSA Annual Legislative Assembly on
October 26

and October 27

(Yes, on Diwali) at Bellevue College. Our PTSA can send eight members to serve as voting delegates so the goal is to make sure every eligible vote counts. Remember, students can be members too!

PTSA Reflections Art Program Call For Entries
|
|
Grizzlies are kind honest, proud, and CREATIVE! What's Reflections? It's the National PTA arts recognition program for young artists. Each year, the Reflections Program challenges students to create art inspired by a specific theme. The program has six categories - dance choreography, film production, literature, musical composition, photography, and visual arts. Entry forms and rules for the 2019-2020 program with the theme, "Look Within", are now available on the
RMS PTSA Reflections website

Start creating now! The submission deadline for RMS is Monday, October 28 by 2:50 PM. Submissions may be dropped off in the RMS Library. Email

Spelling Bee is Coming to RMS!
|
|
RMS will be hosting a school spelling bee, early next year. The process will begin with a written preliminary round in January, followed by the final spelling bee in February. The winner will then proceed to the Seattle Regional Bee and will also have the option to participate in the national spelling bee in Washington DC. This is a great way to build vocabulary! The list of words will be made available within a few weeks. Stay tuned for more information.
