If this is an issue for your company CAMPS needs your input. We have begun a dialogue with DHCS / Medi-Cal over the difficulties providers are having with this requirement. Medi-Cal wants feedback from CAMPS on this requirement. They want to know what sort of problems providers run into when trying to establish proof of non-coverage from a primary commercial OHC under the current policy.

 

CAMPS will be hosting a conference call on Wednesday, October 17 at 11:00 AM  PST for members to share their current challenges and offer any suggestions we can pass on to DHCS policy staff.
