Over the last 30 days there were 529,076 delayed flights and over 50,000 cancellations worldwide. With four Nor'easters hitting the East Coast, many of our travelers were impacted. Throughout each of these winter events, TI continuously deployed crisis teams to effectively manage the incoming calls, emails, and chats from our customers. Our leadership also assisted our travel consultants by validating if waivers were available, processing refunds, and reaching out and working with airlines, as needed.

We would love to hear from you - how did we do? We always encourage your feedback and appreciate hearing your thoughts.

Airport Construction

Silvercar Just May be the Car Rental Service of the Future
