23 S. Hughes Street, Hamilton
We are moving along quite well on this cute 4 BR home in Hamilton.  At long last we now have all the dumpsters off the property and Tony of TJT and his guys have been grading the lot, adding top soil and gravel. We also got electric to the house and the good guys at Beckstrom Electric have a number of outlets hot, so bye bye generator, thank goodness. Crew Leads worked 2 days and got a ton done.  Finished hanging the baseboard, and most of the shoe molding that we also had sanded and top coated, did a bunch more painting of trim and doors, put shelving in all the closets and tiled above the tubs in the two bathrooms.

This week we will work Thursday and Saturday, limited tasks available so no walk-ons please just Crew Leads.  We will build a ramp to the shed and install shelving in the shed.  We need to build and install an access door for the crawl space. We also need to install the vanities, mirrors and medicine cabinets in the bathrooms and grout the wall tile. Plus a number of other misc. tasks.
