School Crest

Dear Friends of St. Peter, Alumni/Alumni Parents, and Parishioners,

On behalf of the St. Peter School community, I wanted to offer a very special and heartfelt thanks to our alumni parents, donors, and parishioners who responded to my recent call to help one of our families in need. This is a great example of why St. Peter is a very special place!

I reached out to you for help with one of our parish families that was in need of real assistance. Within 48 hours, we were able to raise $7,200. I so excited about the fact that on the basis of the generosity of our alumni, benefactors, and parishioners we were able to clear this family's remaining tuition balance, as well as provide additional support to families in need by means of our scholarship fund.

During this past week, St. Peter students have been working on the virtue of fortitude. Our Lord has tested us; we have been without heat as we await new parts to fix our boilers. Yet the valuable lesson with all of this is that despite the external realities, St. Peter is quite warm these days! With the presence of the Holy Spirit, and great acts of charity such as these, we have been able to share the joy of Catholic education with those in need.

We are so grateful for your support of our school- please know that we will keep all of you in prayer. Please be sure to continue to pray for us. Amazing things are happening at our school on a daily basis, but the school is a vital ministry of the whole parish and therefore needs the sustained financial and spiritual support of all parishioners.

Please have a truly blessed day and weekend!

Sincerely in Christ,

Mr. Joseph Saffioti

Principal, St. Peter School
