Lighted Holiday Parade, and More
What:
One of the region's favorite holiday events, downtown Burlington's Lighted Holiday Parade takes place November 30 at 5 PM. Dozens of floats and entries will be showcased in the parade, with the theme of "Jingle on Jefferson." A special visitor from the North Pole will be on hand; afterwards, be sure to head down to the riverfront for a special tree lighting, concert and cheer! The Lighted Holiday Parade is made possible by Pritchard Broadcasting.

Tree Lighting Ceremony
What:
Burlington Riverfront Entertainment presents the first annual tree lighting ceremony on the riverfront. A 25 ft. real tree will stand in front of the Memorial Auditorium and lighted snowflakes will line the walkway of the riverfront. Live music, Santa and Mayor Shane McCampbell will lead the countdown and light the tree. Attendees are asked to bring a donation of nonperishable food items to benefit various organizations who help feed families in need. Thank you to the sponsors who made this event possible.
