Dear generative somatics (gs) community,
This fall has brought with it endless opportunities to re-center, heal, and organize.
In these times, all of us at gs are grateful for our powerful community. gs participants, partners, teachers, practitioners, donors, and funders make gs what it is. Together, we're bringing trauma-healing, resilience-building, and embodied leadership development to social and environmental justice movements. Today, we ask you to be a part of this work by
making a financial contribution.
gs community members contribute to this work in so many ways.
gs teachers and practitioners share their years of embodied practice with leaders across the country. Our movement partners integrate somatics into their organizing strategies, political education, and leadership development. gs participants give time, energy, courage, and so much more. Many of you also contribute financially. This year, almost 200 amazing folks have already donated, including 82 of you who are monthly donors!

This fall, we're asking everyone who cares about this work to make a donation to gs.
Thirty gs community members are going even further by participating in
Get Centered
-- the gs grassroots fundraising program. To support this amazing group, please
make a donation to gs.
Our goal is that 300 people will, all together, donate a total of $100,000 to gs by the end of 2018.
That's a lot of people, and there's so many ways to have an impact.
To reach our goal we'll need -
- 42 new monthly donors -- this is gs Team Resilience!
- 240 grassroots donors -- community members who donate between $5-$499!
- 60 donors who contribute $500-$4,999 -- this is gs Team Alliance!
- 4 donors who contribute $5,000 or above -- making a gift at this level will invite you on to the gs Major Donor Team!

Contributions support gs to make our programs accessible to more and more people, prioritizing poor and working class leaders and leaders of color.
