Training Information
This program is designed for attorneys who are new to low-asset, low-income chapter 7 bankruptcies.  Our experienced panel will provide an overview of the steps in a consumer bankruptcy, discuss general principles, and review the petition and form preparation. 
   
Earn 2 CLE credits.

Your Commitment
This course is FREE to those who accept at one bankruptcy matter from the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project before April 17, 2019.  Experienced attorneys receive additional CLE credit for every 2 hours of eligible pro bono service.  The cost is $150 for attorneys who do not wish to take a pro bono referral.
