The Akron Bar Association Pathfinder Program empowers emerging members in the Summit County community to enhance their professional development & networking by creating meaningful relationships with experienced members of the Akron Bar Association.

The litany of law firm gripes is long and familiar: exorbitant cost and rates, overstaffing, budget unpredictability, IT and process deficiencies, and limited knowledge of clients’ business.
