ADULT FELLOWSHIP POTLUCK DINNER

Our Adult Fellowship Potluck Dinner Group will open it's fall season with a potluck dinner at the home of Steve and Sally Finley on Saturday, September 15 at 6:30PM. All are welcome to join us for good food, good fun, and good fellowship. M&M CIRCLE MEETING
SEPTEMBER 17
M&M Circle will hold their first meeting on Monday September 17th at noon in Robey Hall. All women 55 and older are invited. Please bring your lunch with you. Desert and Refreshments will be supplied. Our program will include an auction. Please bring small items to auction. Fun day for all and a great way to develop friendships. 3RD GRADE BIBLE PRESENTATION

Our 3rd Grade Bible Presentation will be next Sunday, Sept. 23rd during the 9:30AM service.  A small reception will be held in the orange room after church.  If you have not done so already, please RSVP to Lisa if your child will be participating in this special ceremony.

SHELTER WEEK

PUERTO RICO MISSION TRIP
SEPTEMBER 15
The deadline date for making a $250 deposit to go on the January 19th to 26th disaster relief mission trip to Puerto Rico is September 15th. Please contact Steve Rivera at 954-298-2654 for more information about the trip or to sign-up. Deposit checks should be written to First Church Coral Springs with Puerto Rico Mission Trip Deposit noted in the memo line. We hope you will join us on our effort to help those in Puerto Rico who need help in repairing their homes after last year's hurricanes.

JOIN A SMALL GROUP FOR THE CHURCH-WIDE STUDY
SEP 9 - OCT 27
First Church has embarked on a 7 week journey using Rick Warren's "Transformed" study. Sunday sermons will address each week's area of transformation: Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, Mental, Relational, Financial, and Vocational. Daily readings and weekly small groups will delve into Bible teaching on the topics. Begin your journey to being a more Christlike you! Sign up this Sunday on the Plaza for a small group. Workbooks are $15 and are still available.

FOOD SHARE
First & Third Fridays Every Month

Distribution 5pm-6:30pm
 
For the month of September, we are requesting m ac and cheese, cereal, canned black beans, and 1lb bag of rice.
Bring your contributions on Sunday and put them in the designated cart.

Volunteers are needed to greet visitors, hand out Bible verses, and/or chaperone the children's table at Food Share (1st & 3rd Fridays of the month at 4:15-6:30pm). You are also welcome to volunteer from 12:30-3pm in Fellowship Hall to help pack the bags. Contact Suzanne Rodriguez, (954) 815-4719 .
