OCTOBER 2019
“Shamanism is a path that must involve mystery, and mystery is a process of incessant, endless revelation, of a seeing beyond ourselves, of an opening up to relationship with others as valuable or more valuable than just our own survival.”

Featured Teacher
Heather Holden
Heather has always been a dreamer vividly encountering astral travels and time loops. As a child she had a profound experience telepathically with a tree. She discovered the universe was alive and how nature is full of wisdom and everything is conscious and rhythmic in fractal cycles. Heather grew up dancing ballet, and went on to art school. She specialized in body casting as she loved the experience of how plaster would set and how one’s body eventually frees itself because the body is alive and the mold just an imprint in time.

Life is full of challenges, and generations of war. Heather’s determination to slow down the momentum tunnel of unconscious, unintegrated wounds led her to study shamanism in 2005. With the help of family, she merged her practicality of real estate with healing integration in a beautiful setting in the heart of the city in Denver, CO. This year she launched a Sacred Shaman School to deepen her experience as a student, and bring her wisdom to other seekers on the shaman’s path.

Heather founded the Denver Ayllu and welcomes community to come together for Solstice and Equinox ceremonies, Wednesday Night Link-Ups and Apacheta pilgrimages.
