Community members have been gathering once a month to get to know their homeless neighbors. Another Atwater Village Homeless Stakeholder Potluck will be happening t
his
Sunday, September 16th from 10:30 AM until 12 NOON. The event is happening
in Bond Park, right next to the Runner's Circle (3216 Los Feliz Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90039),
across the street from the municipal golf course on Los Feliz Blvd.
Last time, volunteers brought various types of food - pizza, packed sandwiches, grilled chicken, water, fried rice, fruit, healthy portable snacks.
The
AVNC Homelessness Committee
has plenty of Hygiene Kits to put to good use!.
**Please note, this event is open to any homeless stakeholder - not just limited to folks in Atwater Village - and is
NOT associated with the Atwater Village Neighborhood Council.
