Mid-America Street Fest!
 
Midwest City's annual fall festival, Mid-America Street Fest, is this weekend at Charles J. Johnson Central Park in Town Center Plaza! Bring the whole family to enjoy carnival rides, games, unique shopping from local vendors, food trucks, pony rides, live entertainment and much more! This festival is free to attend, and carnival tickets will be available to purchase at the event.

Midwest City's Mid-America Street Fest is partnering with Midwest Artfest this year to bring together local artists and celebrate visual arts in Midwest City. This new event will feature over 40 art vendors selling homemade goods, painting, sculptures and much more. 

This family event begins at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5 and concludes at 6 p.m. Get all the details here

Experience Cruise In for Coffee One Last Time in 2019!

Midwest City's classic car show, Cruise In for Coffee, has their last show of the year on Oct. 19 from 8 to 11 a.m.! Cruise In for Coffee is a monthly car show from April to October that brings a variety of unique and vintage cars and motorcycles to the Midwest City Santa Fe Cattle Co. parking lot for all to admire! There is also free coffee to enjoy while you browse the sweet rides. Read more about Cruise In for Coffee.


Trick or Treat in Midwest City This October!
Midwest City is full of family events this month including two great trick or treating opportunities! Trick or Treat City is Oct. 26 at Joe B. Barnes Regional Park from 2 to 4:30 p.m. and will include an afternoon of carnival games, inflatables, concessions, a free candy walk and more! This event is free to attend and will feature a carnival area complete with games and inflatables with tickets just $1 each. Read more about this year's Trick or Treat City. 

There will also be a Special needs Trick or Treat City on Halloween for children of all ages and abilities to trick or treat in a safe space for free! This event is Oct. 31 with two different sessions in the Nick Harroz Community Center inclusing a candy village, crafts, activities and more! The first session will be 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and the second from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Get all the details about this event here.

Save the Date for Midwest City's Veteran's Day Parade!

Veterans Day is Nov. 11 and Midwest City is honoring the brave men and women who have served our country by hosting the annual Veterans Day Parade. This patriotic procession begins at 15th Street and Century Boulevard in Midwest City at 10 a.m. and will include performances by local marching bands, decorated floats, cars and motorcycles and more to celebrate Midwest City's veterans.
