Gretchen Kane became the first lay President of Ursuline Academy of Dallas in July of 2012. Before that, she was President of Ursuline Academy of New Orleans for 8 years. Gretchen was previously employed by the Jesuit Secondary Education Association in Washington, D.C. as Associate Vice President. She was an instructor at both Jesuit and De La Salle High Schools, an Adjunct Instructor of Mathematics at the University of New Orleans, and Academic Assistant Principal of Jesuit High School, New Orleans, where she initiated the Mentor Teacher Program, the Three-Year Staff Development Program, the Ignatian Identity Team, and the Pre-freshman Study Skills Project.
Bob Montgomery is a Senior Advisor for Southwest Airlines, and the long time Vice President of Airport Affairs.  He is responsible for acquiring and developing all facilities nationwide.  Bob leads a team of 20 and is responsible for representing Southwest to all airport operators and City Governments world-wide. Bob has been with Southwest since 1977, and has held positions in the Operating and Finance Departments. Bob is married (for over 34 years) to Gretchen, and holds degrees in Finance from Texas Tech University, and a Masters of Theological Studies from Ave Maria University.
 
Randy Muck is a senior Business and IT Executive credentialed by a thirty-year career with Accenture working with premier clients across the globe and in a variety of industries. Randy works with The University of Dallas as Executive in Residence & Guest Lecturer aligned to both undergraduate and graduate Business Schools across Business and IT curriculums. A trusted advisor to leadership, Randy is an Advisory Council member of The Catholic Foundation and sits on the Board of Dallas Children's Medical Center Foundation which serves as the fundraising arm for the Children's Health System of Texas.
