Greetings!
As 2017 draws to a close, looking back over the year it is rewarding to note some of the wonderful accomplishments at LVCC:
- Organized and hosted a series of well-attended luncheon events featuring interesting topics pertinent to members and to the times.
- Reorganized and re-branded committee structures and rolled out the Business Alliance and the Ambassador Club.
- Recognized the 80th Anniversary of the incorporation of the Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce.
- Turned-on a new, mobile device friendly website.
- Implemented a new member database, customer-relationship management software system.
- Updated the monthly E-Newsletter format
- Updated the directory & resource guide
- Introduced the LVCC Twitter #LivValBiz and Member Award Program
Of course, a lot of preparation goes into delivering these programs and projects, keeping the LVCC team busy throughout the year. What's behind our success? Martha, Christy, Jeanie and our volunteers - Diane, Sandy and Connie - the "power" behind LVCC. Our Board of Directors - providing wisdom and expertise. Chairman's Circle members - the partnerships that support the delivery of projects and programs to meet our mission, and our Ambassadors promoting the benefits of membership. LVCC members' success - the purpose that drives this 80-year old organization. Thanks to all of you for a successful 2017. We look forward to working together towards a prosperous 2018. Have a safe and happy holiday!

This year has been an exciting year at Amos Productions. Jody Amos has lead his team of award winning DJ's/MC's, Videographers and A/V Techs to the top and in turn his company has become well known throughout the community and across the Bay Area. We are very involved in the Livermore Valley community, from Chamber of Commerce events and school galas, to Community Center activities and private fundraisers for non-profits. Amos Productions plays an active role in assisting the local community where we can and we enjoy meeting new faces each day. Read more

Leadership class decked out in safety gear for their tour of Cemex's Eliot quarry
|
Leadership Livermore is a 9 month program, one day a month, showcasing various
aspects of the Livermore community.
November's theme was Big Business. Participants had a full day of discovering some of the amazing large businesses that call Livermore home. The day started with breakfast and a tour of
Draexlmaier, a new facility that manufactures luxury car components. Then across the street to Gillig for a tour of the huge bus manufacturing facility. Also a new business to Livermore! The day wrapped with a visit to
Cemex's Eliot aggregate quarry for lunch and VIP tour.
It's never too early to think about enrolling for next year's program - starting September 2018. The class fills every year, so get your name in early. For more information on Leadership Livermore, go to
