Documenters.org Reception

The
Open Media Foundation , Denver Open Media , and City Bureau invite you to this special reception to learn about the work of Documenters.org and how their model could potentially expand to Denver.

Join City Bureau co-founder and News Lab Director Darryl Holliday for a walk-through of a new tool in Chicago that is scraping, standardizing and sharing public meeting dates, times, location and official government records while training and paying local residents to serve as local watchdogs - all in collaboration with local journalists.

And be sure to stick around for Open Music Sessions (see above), immediately following!
