The Chairman's Message
It gives me great pleasure to announce some important changes to the
leadership of the GHCA.
Maricielo Fuller will take the role of Executive Director for the GHCA.
Maricielo brings significant experience in community services as a
consultant in Corporate Social Responsibility, Communications and Public
Relations and has been instrumental in orchestrating the GHCA's annual
Gala in the past three years. As the Program and Marketing Director,
Maricielo has coordinated the Education and Training programs during
2018 as well as the design, implementation and evaluation of strategic
Marketing Plans and has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our
association.
Andrea Rivera will stand down as the Interim Director though she will
continue to be an Ambassador for the GHCA. On behalf of the Board of
Directors, we thank Andrea for her contributions and wish her much
success.
The Board of Directors welcomes two new members to the Board; Albert
Assad and Kevin Lares. Each of them brings deep community knowledge,
a passion for philanthropy and the desire to envision an ambitious future for
the GHCA to meet the growing needs of our industry. Our newest Board
members embody the spirit of community and bring their time, talent and
treasure to the table.
We are grateful for their membership and look forward
to their contributions.

Albert Assad
Albert is a dynamic leader with exceptional business acumen and 18+
years of successful management and finance experience on both national
and international levels.
He brings innovative and strategic vision to accelerate growth. Overcomes
challenges and transforms organizations to achieve results. Delivers
excellent judgment and the ability to link meaningful data to effective
decision making. He passionately creates a long-term vision and
implements the objectives necessary to make that vision a reality.
He is the founder of Atlantic Consulting Solutions LLC a management
consulting firm and he also founded a Financial Technology start-up in
Atlanta, GA.

Maricielo Fuller
Maricielo is a highly competent professional and strategic thinker with over 12 years of experience in planning, coordinating and evaluating projects in a collaborative environment.
Maricielo is an effective communicator who creates brand messaging to find a distinctive voice that helps businesses stand out in a crowded market. Her specialties include innovative development of messaging, marketing, and Public Relations strategies; brand launches; event planning; blogging; social media and press management.
Maricielo enjoys challenges and thrives in fast-paced environments building partnerships and alliances that add value to organizations.
She has written Manuals in such topics as: Conflict resolution, Approaching communities, ethics and corporate responsibility.

Kevin Lares
Originally from Venezuela, Kevin moved to the United States to study
Business Administration at the Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.
He was District Manager at Edison Brother Stores, where he worked for
over 18 years, then he started his construction career in 2001. He is the
owner of MFC Remodels, Inc., a company dedicated to remodeling chain
Restaurants as well as residential work.
In 2013 he started to work for National Custom, as Sr. Project Manager in
charge of the Domino's Pizza remodel program.
Currently MFC and NCI
have a partnership that offers plenty of contracts to the Hispanic
community, and continues to remodel countless franchise businesses projects nationwide.
