September 2018

September is a month of new beginnings

So, with all the emphasis on Financial Education, how are we doing as Canadians?  The following link shares the most recent trends of Canadians when it comes to money.

The recent survey released from CPA indicates that more Canadians are saving than last year.  But more also have increased debt.  With uncertainty leading all our headlines, being in a stable financial position certainly helps to survive more uncertainties.

Last, 1 surprising statistic is that 47% are still uncomfortable speaking about money.  This critical subject should be shared.  That way we all learn more.  Making sure we improve our daily financial habits has the biggest impact over the long term.
